‘GREAT BIG CHARITY ART EXHIBITION’
We are so excited to bring you a weekend of art and crafts, all created by our young people and our families! Over the past 12 months we have been providing art and craft workshops, virtually and in person, and we want to share the many talents that BDCPS families have to offer! They truly are a creative bunch!
You can come along anytime over the weekend – it is open to the public 10-4pm on the Saturday and Sunday.
Please help spread the word by sharing with your friends, colleagues and family and encourage them to come along too!
There will be a RAFFLE, CARDS AND PRINTS AVAILABLE TO BUY & REFRESHMENTS! We already have some awesome raffle prizes up for grabs but if you can help donate any more then please drop us a message!
If you fancy baking us a cake for our refreshments too, then this would be much appreciated!
The exhibition will be opened at 10am by a surprise guest, and our raffle will be drawn at 3pm on the Sunday!
In order to help bridge the 43% gap in our fundraising this year, we need to reduce our costs to maximise the money we raise from this. Therefore we are looking for local companies to support with sponsorship, and contribute in anyway they can in order to do this!
The art work from the young people over summer is absolutely AMAZING! Prints and cards of this and parent carer work will be available to order at the exhibition – perfect ideas for Christmas and birthday gifts!
You will get a welcome pack on arrival, and will be able to vote for your favourite piece of art – the person with the most votes will get a special surprise!
We hope to see you there – no set time, just pop in whenever you can!
