Save the date in your diary! Wear it Blue day is BACK for another year and we are keen for it to be bigger and better than the previous few years have allowed (not mentioning the C word!)
So what exactly is ‘Wear It Blue’ day?
Wear It Blue day does what it says on the tin! It is an annual event where we ask everyone to wear something blue! You can go for it with head to toe in blue – or you can simply just choose an item of clothing, maybe a tie or socks, as long as it is blue!
All you need to do then, is give a small donation to show you’re taking part. We suggest £2 because “Wear it Blue for £2” sounds pretty catchy, BUT please donate what you can!
Who can take part?
You, me, your teachers, even the cat! Basically anyone and everyone can join in! We are especially keen to get local schools and colleges involved and of course local businesses! Everyone loves a dress down day and you can embellish it with as many extras as you wish!
For example, we have had some places hold cake sales, or have some organised games and activities to try too! You really can do as much or as little as you wish – whatever you choose, we are here to help get things up and running for you!
